Tiffany has been serving the nanny community for over 20 years. She started working as a nanny to put herself through college and after earning a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, realized that her true love was that of connecting families with exceptional caregivers. As Co-owner of Sound Care Agency, Tiffany’s focus and passion is for connecting families and businesses with qualified and dedicated caregivers and ultimately helping to grow Sound Care Agency to reach its full potential. Her heart for service, her work as a nanny, her dedication to always practicing and promoting best industry standards, her dedication to giving back to the community and her spot-on Mom instincts have given her a unique and invaluable perspective. When not hard at work, you will likely find Tiffany traveling, scuba diving (really, traveling FOR scuba diving), behind the lens of a camera, reading or spending time with her favorite people on earth.

In this workshop, we will talk about the importance of being intentional when building and maintaining company culture. We will explore ways in which having a culture of support and inclusion can help with everything from employee retention and repeat clientele to recruiting and industry reputation.
