Master of Ceremonies
New to the 2023 INA Conference we are excited to have an official Master of Ceremonies for the whole weekend! Introducing Crystal Gail who will be starting each general session with her “Become the Wow” sessions, connecting our attendees with warmth and laughter, and keeping us on track. We can’t wait to have her introduce our Keynote, sponsors, award recipients, and board members. She is going to make an amazing addition to our conference.
As a sought-after motivational speaker, moderator, emcee, and spokesperson, Crystal Gail takes pride in being the bridge to WOW moments at any event. She naturally energizes and inspires audiences to take action and build community whether she’s on or off the stage.
Now that she’s a retired nanny and social worker, she has dedicated her time to speaking at events and helping individuals become high-performing thought leaders by breaking the cycle of overwhelm and empowering them to become accountable for their goals.
Crystal Gail’s rich experiences and messages have captivated audiences around the world. When she’s not away at events, you can find her in the Year of Nanny club on the Clubhouse app, pouring back into the community she adores.
