What’s Next? Elevating, Evolving, and Expanding Your Career in Private Homes

As seasoned professionals in the household employment industry, many nannies reach a point where they begin asking an important question: What’s next? This dynamic workshop is designed for experienced nannies who are ready to elevate their careers, pivot into new roles, or expand beyond a traditional nanny position while staying within the private service world. Kellie and Cate will share their personal career journeys; how they advanced, adapted, and rose into roles including household management, personal assistant work, concierge-style services, and multi-client support. Attendees will gain insight into how skills developed as a nanny translate into leadership, management, and higher-level private service positions. This session goes beyond inspiration. You’ll walk away with practical, actionable steps you can take today, insider strategies for positioning yourself for new opportunities, and guidance on preparing for career transitions as your needs, goals, and energy evolve with time. Whether you’re actively seeking change or simply planning for the future, this workshop will help you build a career that grows with you at every stage.
