Lydia Gray-Holifield is a dedicated Wife and Mother of 22 children,
Lydia is deeply involved in various community initiatives. For the past decade, she has served as a Parent Leader for the Parent Accountability Council, advocating for the needs of families and children. She also brings her expertise to the Board of Directors for Our Just Future, where she has served for 9 years, contributing to initiatives aimed at advancing social justice and equity.
As a Parent Consultant for the past 8 years, Lydia has been a trusted advisor and advocate for parents navigating complex systems. Her dedication to community health led her to serve as a Community Health Worker for 6 years, where she worked tirelessly to address health disparities and improve access to care.
Lydia is also the Founder and Community Education Worker for Multnomah County, where she has spearheaded initiatives to educate and empower marginalized communities. Additionally, she is the Founder and CEO of Blaque Excellence LLC, a mentoring and coaching organization focused on supporting and empowering Black and Brown women to realize their full potential.
With a strong commitment to community empowerment, Lydia is actively involved in mentoring and coaching initiatives aimed at uplifting marginalized community members. Through her work, she strives to create a more equitable and inclusive society, one project at a time.
