Michelle Mintz INA 2024 Summit SponsorMichelle Mintz, M.S., CCC-SLP, The Early Development Expert is the visionary Founder/CEO behind her unique company, Baby Blooming Moments®, which empowers parents and caregivers with personalized strategies to enrich their interactions with babies and toddlers from pregnancy through preschool. With over 25 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Michelle designed Baby Blooming Moments to help families take an active role in shaping their children’s development.

In response to the unique challenges faced by parents and preschools, Michelle established Parenting 911, a crucial branch of Baby Blooming Moments. Mealtimes are frustrating, sibling battles are sky rising, bedtimes are a nightmare, making threats, and struggling has become the daily way of life for families. Parenting 911 is The Expert in Your Ear serving as an invaluable resource during challenging moments, offering expert guidance and support.

Michelle’s special gift lies in her ability to unlock the doors of communication by transforming everyday moments into valuable opportunities for growth. Her commitment extends beyond her private practice, tot2talk, founded in 1995, as she has worked at esteemed institutions such as Cedars-Sinai Hospital, UCLA, and Providence St. John’s Health Center in Los Angeles. Michelle also extends her expertise to seniors as her passion for helping individuals spans from the beginning of life to supporting families in their later years.

Michelle is the author of “All Done Binky“, co-host of This, That…Let’s Chat!, has presented to pediatricians, and written many articles. She presented at the 2024 INA Virtual Summit, 2024 ChildMYnder Virtual Summit, and is speaking at the 2024 INA Conference.

Michelle’s own son, Ryan, has been the inspiration for her baby blooming journey. Through her proactive strategies, he has proven that babies can truly bloom with the right support. Outside of her work, she enjoys practicing yoga, gardening, and spending time with her
Japanese Spitz dog, Skyler.

The Importance of Enriching the First Five Years

A baby’s learning journey begins the day they are born, not their first day of school. The first five years of life are critical for brain development and the experiences they have will make a great impact on the rest of their lives. While many factors influence brain development, YOUR EARLY INTERACTIONS HAVE THE MOST SIGNIFICANT IMPACT! There are many unique ways to engage, ways to communicate and ways to bond that will help babies thrive and bloom. Empower yourself to enrich baby’s and toddlers early years and make a lasting impact in their lives.
